The pilot unit of Mineral Processing of Kian Mine Pars Mining Industrial Company has been constructed based on different and diverse needs required for pilot experiments and determination of design parameters of mineral processing factories. This unit has different units of crushing, Asia, dimensional separation, magnetic separation, gravity separation, flotation circuit can be used to perform basic and detailed studies required for the design of Mineral Processing factorries.
The features of this unit include the following:
Flotation of all minerals up to 9 stages of cleaner
• Possibility of flotation from 150 to 1000 kg per hour
• Possibility of flotation in pH conditions from 2 to 12
• Perform wet and dry magnetic tests in various dimensions
• Perform magnetic tests at different current intensities
